What do you want? What do you need? We all have them, wants and needs. Sometime they may seem like the same thing, but what you want is not always what you need. Have you ever wanted something you know is unhealthy for you or more simply harmful to yourself or those around you? What factors influence these wants? Friends, Family, and Media can all put direct or indirect pressure on us to desire many things that are unnecessary and unhealthy. Stop zoning out in front of the screen and see were you are depriving yourself of things you desperately need. Why do you want certain things? Why do you need others? What are things you need, but don't give yourself? What if you only wanted what you needed, how would life be different? |
